Christopher Mancino, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Ocean Edge Drive to Weymouth Property LLC, of Covington, Georgia, for $950,000. Built in 1961, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,232 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $475,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Robert and Angela Simons, of Ormond Beach, sold 171 Fairway Drive to Kevin Vagovic, of Ormond Beach, for $525,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,420 square feet.
David Holland, Individually and as trustee, sold 395 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 505, to Brian Marsh and Kristen Vecchio-Marsh, as trustees, for $425,000. Built in 1982, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,590 square feet.
