A condominium in Hammock Dunes was the top seller for the week of Dec. 8-14. Claude and Malissa Hearn, of Winter Haven, sold 19 Avenue de la Mer to Gregory and Patricia Rose, of Palm Coast, for $600,000. Built in 2005, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,340 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $500,000.

Palm Coast

Michael and Victoria Dowling, individually and as trustees, sold 60 Surfview Drive, Unit 424, William and Deborah Barrett, as co-trustees, for $449,900. Built in 2004, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet. It sold in 2004 fir $450,000.

FDSC Properties LLC, of Huntington Station, New York, sold 39 Summerwind Circle, Unit 98, to Nicholas and Natalie Wiersma, of Springfield, Missouri, for $175,000. Built in 2005, the condo has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,369 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $138,400.

Terrie Baranek, of Palm Coast, sold 58 Club House Drive, Unit 105, to Gail Neufeld, of Palm Coast, for $106,000. Built in 1977, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,127 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $87,000.

Cypress Knoll

Betty Harvey, of Odenton, Maryland, sold 20 Emmons Lane to Matthew and Miria Willison, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,659 square feet.

Francis and Linda Sanita, of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, sold 10 Evanston Lane to Arthur and Maria Guerra, of Palm Coast, for $275,000. Built in 2014, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,602 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $240,000.

John and Elizabeth Guest, of Plano, Texas, sold 8 Ebb Tide Drive to Nadia Grandus, of Lake Bluff, Illinois, for $232,000. Built in 1992, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,139 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $166,200.

Andrew and Joanna Woroniecki, of Palm Coast, sold 26 Burnaby Lane to Dariusz and Elzbieta Knapik, of Maspeth, New York, for 280,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 2,317 square feet.

Apex Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 22 Becker Lane to Robert and Jacqueline Booker, of Marietta, Georgia, for $250,000. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,440 square feet.

Vera and Paul Ozeryansky sold 34 Birchshire Lane to Jason Temple, of Palm Coast, for $185,297. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,358 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $183,700.

Linda Bara-Weaver, individually and as trustee, sold 130 Beechwood Lane to Mary South Wenner and Paul South Jr., of St. Petersburg, for $150,000. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,133 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $53,000.

Gerald and Janet Fazzini, of Palm Coast, sold 95 Rose Drive to Darryl and Pamela Snyder, of Palm Coast, for $235,750. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,300 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $185,000.

Steven Thomas, individually and as trustee, sold 30 Lema Lane to Joe Hari and Meghan Barrett, of Palm Coast, for $219,900. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,558 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $214,000.

Donald and Leigh Hanchar, of Dunnellon, sold 1343 Central Ave. to Carmin Santos, of Greenbrook, New Jersey, for $335,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace and 1,890 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Oliver and Sharon Ziemann, of Ballwin, Missouri, sold 15 Collington Court to Peter and Gina Eyl, as trustees, for $410,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house and $410,000. It sold in 2013 for $364,500.

JGC Properties LLC, of North Canton, Ohio, sold 1102 Central Avenue to Thomas and Brenda Wotherspoon, of Flagler Beach, for $348,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,985 square feet.

Mark and Danielle Pierro, of Palm Coast, sold 10 Carollo Court to Charles and Karen Oberst, of Palm Coast, for $295,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, boat dock and 1,910 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $225,000.

Brian Uhlmer, of League City, Texas, sold 122 Florida Park Drive to Thomas Matthews, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,723 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $107,000.

Robertus Middendorp and Johanna Middendorp-Maissan, of Palm Coast, sold 62 Princeton Lane to Evelyn Nunno, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,861 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $229,900.

Affordable Homes of Treasure Coast LLC, of Fort Pierce, sold 13 Zammer Court to Donna and Daniel Cushman, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,312 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $94,000.

St. Johns Development

Marcella Gage, individually and as trustee, sold 40 County Road 65 to Charles Harris Jr., of Bunnell, for $282,500. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,063 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $230,000.

Seminole Woods

U.S. Bank Trust N.A., as trustee, sold 26 Slumber Meadow Trail to Daniel Jones and Jesica Zuleta, of Palm Coast, for $189,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,875 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $284,000.

Blue Skies Real Estate LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Seabee Court to Evert and Cheryl Witteveen, of Laguna Beach, California, for $135,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,122 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $99,900.

Ronnie Holloway, of Cocoa, sold 136 Lehigh Ave. to Christine Roller, of Holland, Pennsylvania, for $270,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, four baths, a boat dock and 2,252 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $125,000.
