Sandeep Patel and Sapna Adappa, of Ormond Beach, sold 967 Shockney Drive to Anita Rockwell, of Ormond Beach, for $660,000. Built in 2003, the house has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace, a dock with a boat lift and 3,097 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $560,000.

Grand Cul-De-Sac Fund L.P., as trustee, sold 54 Herringbone Way to Jason and Crystal Seeman, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 2008, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,542 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $155,000.

Tyler Dean, as trustee, sold 1 Tomoka Oaks Blvd., Unit 112, to Victoria Bond, of Brooklyn, New York, for $130,000. Built in 1980, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $100,000.

Trent Shelby, of St. Petersburg, sold 46 Loyola Drive to Audrey and Gary Studer and Frankie Senese, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,304 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $158,500.

Kyle Lavelle, of Ormond Beach, sold 12 Parkview Lane to Anna Krawiec and Brock Hoover, of Ormond Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1990, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,531 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $154,000.

Claude and Nancy Hogle, of Hinton, West Virginia, sold 113 Luna Circle to Edward Cobb, of Ormond Beach, for $139,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,324 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $66,200.

Nancy Mailloux, of Ormond Beach, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 414, to Trajan Cvetanoski, of Ormond Beach, for $72,000. Built in 1976, the condo has one bedroom, one baths 748 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $55,000.

Gary Stover and John Stover, of Ormond Beach, sold 38 Mcalister Drive to Richard and Lisa Marcello, of Ocala, for $137,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 1,008 square feet.

Parm Corp., as trustee, sold 640 N. Nova Road, Unit 509, to Gary Greer, of Cincinnati, for $80,000. Built in 1976, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 932 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $146,000.

Paul and Catherine Labossiere, of Ormond Beach, sold 105 Appaloosa Lane to William and Jody Roberts, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a swimming pool, a barn, a detached apartment and 2,265 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $334,600.

St. Augustine Ventures, LLC, as trustee, sold 1477 Springleaf Drive to Mary Battle, of Ormond Beach, for $232,000. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,708 square feet.

Wayland and Carol Bennett, of Ormond Beach, sold 39 Caladium Drive to Ryan Trout, of Ormond Beach, for $248,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,013 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $225,000.

Araceli Costa, of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Bayberry Drive to Wayland and Carol Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $342,000. Built in 1972, the house has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a swimming pool and 3,808 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $160,000.

Jason Peacock, of Haleiwa, Hawaii, sold 320 Sylvan Drive to Ryan Morrison, of Ormond Beach, for $168,500. Built in 1965, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,378 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

Comerica Bank & Trust National Association, as trustee, sold 5 Stone Quarry Trail to Janos and Szilvia Polereczki, of Ormond Beach, for $140,000. Built in 178, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,800 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $167,000.

Fouad Daher, of Holly Hill, sold 1920 Nelson Ave. to George Atallah, of Ormond Beach, for $99,000. Built in YEAR, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1, 326 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $45,000.

Coast 2 Coast Home Buyers, Inc., as trustee, sold 85 Loyola Drive to Michael and Melissa Bennett, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,782 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $105,571.

Robin and Allison Khouri, of Ormond Beach, sold 4194 Sanora Lane to George and Theresa Melendez, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 1998, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,609 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $240,000.

Michael Sherbin, of Melbourne, sold 4151 Sanora Lane to Robert Thoubboron, of Ormond Beach, for $270,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,189 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $418,000.

Cynthia Lort, of Morro Bay, California, sold 14 Briggs Drive to Mark Harmon and Todd Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,175 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $95,000.

Kevin and Debra Lique, of Ormond Beach, sold 15 Concord Drive to David Zabriskie and Madeleine Killeen, as trustees, for $257,500. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,209 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $98,500.

Andrew Teich, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Camellia Drive to Michael and Karen Powers, of Summerfield, for $175,000. Built in 1959, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 843 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $79,000.

Gregory and Ellen Black, of Ormond Beach, sold 1426 John Anderson Drive to Lanny and Carol-Lynn Weimer, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1956, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,445 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $263,000.
