The top real estate sales transaction for Jan. 1-7 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea was $359,000. Peter and Georgianne Pillsbury, of Oregon House, California, sold 11 Coquina Ridge Way to Beverley Darroch and Markcus Moore, of Ormond Beach. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,723 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $390,000.

Ormond Beach

William and Nancy Stephens sold 251 Barrel Turn Lane to Gary and Kyung Branham, of Ormond Beach, for $360,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,240 square feet.

Clive Charest, of Coventry, Rhode Island, sold 85 Saddlers Run to Nader Haghighat and Suzette Kazzi, of Ormond Beach, for $278,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,251 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $257,500.

Harold and Carol Donovan, of Rockland, Massachusetts, sold 43 Sounders Trail Circle to Eric and Robin Sanchez, of Ormond Beach, for $225,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,702 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $265,000.

Donald Boyd, of Port Orange, sold 1801 Carolina Ave. to Joseph Lightwies, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1969, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 996 square feet.

Nancy Turton and Eugene Morocco, of Punta Gorda, sold 10 Sugarberry Circle to Shelley Tamm, of Ormond Beach, for $109,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $63,000.

Bank of America N.A., of Houston, sold 1510 Ocean Shore Blvd, Unit 4150, to Lynda Woodruff, of Daytona Beach, for $84,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 952 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $52,000.

Halifax Plantation

Vanacore Construction Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 3137 Bailey Ann Drive to Maritza Sosa, of Ormond Beach, for $220,458. Built in 2016, the villa has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,695 square feet.

Michele Perez, of Mooresville, North Carolina, sold 3167 Kailiani Court to Patti Whitman, of St. Augustine, for $202,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $187,000.

Plantation Bay

Timothy and Stacy Weeks, of Ormond Beach, sold 577 Aldenham Lane to Daniel and Robin Carr, of Greenup, Illinois, for $320,000. Built in 2013, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,766 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $249,900.

Janet Byrne, individually and as trustee, sold 1133 Hansberry Court to Joan Faris, of Ormond Beach, for $182,000. Built in 2005, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,308 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $225,000.

Tomoka Oaks

Linda Chmielarski, of Albany, Georgia, sold 18 Eagle Court to John Moore and Holli Hudson, of Ormond Beach, for $290,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1985 for $157,000.

Trails

Jennifer Slocum, of Toms River, New Jersey, sold 224 Pine Cone Trail to Adam Huffman, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,780 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $180,000.

Trails South 40

Douglas Ruschak sold 200 Sagebrush Trail to Hugh and Donna Sheean, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1984, the townhouse has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,743 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $147,500.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Bonnie Babbitt, as trustee, sold 6 S. Sea Island Drive to Karl Mandarano and Gianoula Kastis, of Ormond Beach, for $235,000. Built in 1981, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,578 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $125,000.

Ronald Silveira and Petey Burnett-Silveira, of Longwood, sold 2294 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3020, to William and Patti Moody, of Jacksonville, for $203,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,121 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $67,000.

Sandra Morse, of Ormond Beach, sold 52 Palmetto Drive to Richard Hilliard Sr., of Daytona Beach, for $148,000. Built in 1955, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $114,900.
