Joyce Taylor, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, sold 462 Riverside Drive to Diane Proulx and Mark Terry, of Ponce Inlet, for $523,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, boat dock and 1,816 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Christine Merrell, of Ormond Beach, sold 202 Royal Dunes Blvd. to Robert and Teresa Hernandez, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,048 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $215,000.

David Anderson, of Apollo Beach, sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 12A, to Mindy Moor, of Ormond Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet.

Chase Watkins, of Ormond Beach, sold 81 Division Ave. to Lou Von Castle, of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 2000, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 960 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $81,500.

William and Deloris Senterfeit, of Aiken, South Carolina, sold 85 Ponce De Leon Drive to Anne Fang, of Ormond Beach, for $143,000. Built in 1946, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, detached garage and 1,768 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $92,500.

Deborah Schmidtke, of Ormond Beach, sold 756 W. Lindenwood Circle to Danielle Vigliotti, of Ormond Beach, for $176,800. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,620 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $23,500.

Cory Romaniuk, of Ormond Beach, sold 17 Marvin Road to David and Monroe Tanner, of Ormond Beach, for $293,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,325 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $245,000.

Kanda Phillips, of Bangkok, Thailand, sold 21 Lake Vista Way to Katherine Van Dieleman, as trustee, for $305,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and 2,599 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $172,500.

Neil Rahusen and Kristin Ersland, of Ormond Beach, sold 148 Deep Woods Way to James Walker, as trustee, for $320,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and $2,561 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $275,000.

John Rice and Jennifer Allen, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Lakewood Park Drive to Lisa Conover, and James and Sherry Alleman, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,280 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $117,000.

Paul Porter Sr., of Ormond Beach, sold 47 Seaside Drive to Whitney Frost, of Ormond Beach, for $149,350. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 784 square feet.
