A house near Oceanside Country Club was the top real estate sales transaction for April 23-29 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Ryan and Lindsey Adams sold 168 Oak Grove St. to Robert and Amanda Sabin, of Ormond Beach, for $562,000. Built in 1958, the house has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,403 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $400,000.

Ormond Beach

Deborah Gilmore and David Schutt, of Ormond Beach, sold 106 Knollwood Estates Drive to Cory Romaniuk, of Ormond Beach, for $364,000. Built in 1972, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2007 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $310,000.

Christine Cavanaugh, of Holly Hill, sold 960 Arroyo Parkway to Eric and Petra Kligman, and Alan Otruba, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,930 square feet.

Judith Stevenson, as trustee, sold 25 Talaquah Blvd. to John Palumbo, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,958 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $297,000.

Edward and Joan Bass, of Nashville, sold 3 Crossings Trail to John Pirtle and Carol Thornton, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $240,000.

John Reilly, of Ormond Beach, sold 490 N. Halifax Drive to Joseph Barker and Alicia Kelly, of Ormond Beach, for $224,500. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $207,400.

Stephanie and Chad Apple sold 1110 Sherbourne Way to Paul and Joyce Barnes, of Ormond Beach, for $215,000. Built in 1982, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,701 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $185,500.

Mari Seminara, of Chicago, sold 720 E. Lindenwood Circle to Mitchell Tyler, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1973, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $68.000.

Stephen and Anna Coretti, of Langley, Washington, sold 850 E. Lindenwood Circle to Shawna Martin, of Ormond Beach, for $178,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,570 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $73,000.

John and Sharon Nelson, of Ormond Beach, sold 328 W. Park Place to Tonja and Barritt Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $152,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,307 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $68,000.

Wells Fargo Financial System Florida Inc., of Frederick, Maryland, sold 1304 Overbrook Drive to April Simon, of South Daytona, for $150,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,742 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $130,000.

Mark and Susan Convoy, of Ormond Beach, sold 222 Putnam Ave. to Eduardo Madrigrano, of Daytona Beach, for $130,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,652 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $ 140,000.

Sean and Robert Kramer, of Ormond Beach, sold 310 Tropical Lane to Ethan and Arielle Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $109,000. Built in 1976, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 825 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $64,000.

Janice Harden, of Decatur, Alabama, sold 203 Orchard St., Unit 2A, to Paul Williams and Kimberly Parsons-Lowden, of Wilmington, Delaware, for $84,500. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $57,000.

Charles Stoll and Stacey Tranchina sold 640 N. Nova Road to Mary Beth Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $68,000. Built in 1976, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 748 square feet.

Stephen and Dorothea Milkovits, of Belhaven, North Carolina, sold 19 Circle Creek Way to Michael and Joanna Harvey, of Ormond Beach, for $296,500. Built in 2000, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,168 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $267,500.

Halifax Plantation

Kerri-Ann Graham sold 3909 Tano Drive to Ilene Alford, of Flagler Beach, for $319,000. Built in 1990, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,126 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $304,000.

Ormond Lakes

Christopher Mulligan, as guardian, and Linda Cohn, of Winter Park, sold 11 Blockhouse Court to Peggy Baker, of Ormond Beach, for $230,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 1998 for $162,573.

Spring Meadows

Kathie Gower sold 6 Sweetmeadow Court to Shawn and Nidia Doherty, of Ormond Beach, for $310,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,415 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $155,000.

The Trails

Randall and Trudy Ward, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 17 Wildwood Trail to Donna Green, of Ormond Beach, for $190,000. Built in 1983, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $75,000.

Sherri Rummel, of Ormond Beach, sold 332 Timberline Trail to Monica and Andrew Cortes, of Ormond Beach, for $185,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,724 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $166,000.

Beverly Williams, individually and as trustee, sold 62 Cherokee Trail to Denise Milligan, of Ormond Beach, for $160,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,439 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $159,900.

Jay McLaughlin, of Idaville, Indiana, sold 7 Lake Trail to Donald and Debra Koester, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,468 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $78,200.

Tomoka Estates

Toniette Miasek, of Ormond Beach, sold 330 Coquina Ave. to Ann Schwarting, of Ormond Beach, for $196,000. Built in 1964, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,244 square feet.

Mary Ann Little, of Ashburn, Virginia, sold 3 La Costa Court to Joseph and Lorilynn, of Ormond Beach, for $282,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,565 square feet. It sold in 1991 for $131,000.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Nancy Corby, of Flagler Beach, sold 39 Wisteria Drive to Kathleen and Scott Hubert, of Brick, New Jersey, for $240,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,877 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $81,500.

Larry and Mary Lowe, of Winter Garden, sold 14 Seaside Drive to Steven and Evelyn Hutcherson, of Orlando, for $160,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 784 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $220,000.
