The top real estate sales transaction for Sept. 17-23 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea is in Chelsea Place. CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 376 Nottinghill St. to Larry and Rebecca Duke, of Ormond Beach, for $441,582. Built in 2017, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,090 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Todd and Brandy Hayes, of Ormond Beach, sold 2485 Arabian Trail to Scott and Jennifer Campbell, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,890 square feet. A barn is included. It sold in 2005 for $450,000.

Vanacore Homes Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 108 Via Roma to Barbara DeAngelo, of Ormond Beach, for $324,361. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,058 square feet.

Roy Johnson, of Holly Hill, sold 1301 Wandering Oak Drive to Allen and Pamela Thomas, of Ormond Beach, for $252,000. Built in 1980, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,608 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $181,500.

Brooke Tolland sold 144 Grey Dapple Way to Stephanie Sayag and Erik Hansen, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,962 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $181,000.

Ernest Torok, of Apache Junction, Arizona, sold 935 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 3030, to Gregory and Jeanette Davis, of Lilburn, Georgia, for $175,000. Built in 1981, the condo has one bedroom, one bath and 924 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $205,000.

Ron Hanshaw, of Holly Hill, sold 752 Orchard Ave. to Timothy and Lisa Riddle, of Port Orange, for $168,000. Built in 1956, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 1971 for $12,000.

David Holland, individually and as trustee, sold 10 Oak Ave. to Kathryn and Tomas Cabello Jr., of Adrian, Michigan, for $167,000. Built in 1977, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,496 square feet. It sold in 1977 for $52,000.

Jeffrey Azad, of Ormond Beach, sold 791 Arroyo Parkway to Brian and Denise Moore, of Ormond Beach, for $132,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,690 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $64,900.

Thomas and Nelly Stoner, of Ormond Beach, sold 5 Crescent Lake Way to Patricia Moran and Peggy Walsh, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1989, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,312 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $555,000.

John Christatalki Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 9 King Edward Drive to Marcel and Lorelie Morin, of Ormond Beach, for $266,000. Built in 1994, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,328 square feet. It sold in 1996 for $129,000.

CP and SP Residential Land LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 373 Nottinghill St. to Harold Hopkin Jr. and Susan Minor, of Ormond Beach, for $362,783.

Forest Hills

Karen Henderson, of Ormond Beach, sold 1259 Gallaten Road to Gregg Gardner, of Ormond Beach, for $158,500. Built in 1959, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,278 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $143,000.

Halifax Plantation

Solti Construction Co. Inc., of Ormond Beach, sold 1357 Liam Circle to Melodye Lewis, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,230 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Thomas and Linda Caridad, of Stockertown, Pennsylvania, sold 29 Hunt Master Court to John Fisher, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,454 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $289,900.

Plantation Bay

Benjamin and Elizabeth Miller, of Ormond Beach, sold 1236 Harwick Lane to John and Elizabeth Damato, of Ormond Beach, for $303,600. Built in 2006, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,056 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $232,700.

Tomoka Oaks

Dorothy Stefen, individually and as trustee, and Dorothy Stefen, of Ormond Beach, sold 101 N. St. Andrews Drive to Michael and Jennifer Brenner, of Summerville, South Carolina, for $342,500. Built in 1989, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 4,088 square feet.

April Owens and Saul Saenz, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, sold 13 Pebble Beach Drive to Raymond and Penha Glover, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, for $260,000. Built in 1976, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,215 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $370,000.

Ormond Ocean Venture LLC, of Gainesville, sold 1425 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 401, to Victor Adamovich, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 2006, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,515 square feet.

Robert and Marilyn Hunter, individually and as trustees, sold 1155 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 402, to Cathy Chenetski, of Dublin, Ohio, for $342,500. Built in 1971, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,065 square feet. It sold in 1988 for $109,500.

Greg and Ruth Davis, individually and as trustee, sold 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 303, to Jon and Kellie Jackson, of St. Johns, for $195,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,087 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $160,000.

Huabei Jiang and Yonghong Liu, of Tampa, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 209, to Dale and Melinda Hug, of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, for $170,000. Built in 1991, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 873 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $115,000.

Robert and Diane Gunter, and James Gunter, sold 135 Laurie Drive to Four Corners Diversified Group Inc., of Ormond Beach, for $135,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 672 square feet. It sold in 1979 for $34,900.

John and Lucia Madey, of Gainesville, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 101, to Maria Jacobs, of Palm Coast, for $113,400. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $87,500.
