Robert and Ann Ernst, of Ormond Beach, sold 1257 Killarney Drive to Carl and Margaret Christman, as trustees, for $1,100,000. Built in 2010, the house has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool, elevator and 5,567 square feet.

Ormond Beach

Kyle and Caren Voepel, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 5 Moss Point Drive to Richard and Darnelle Lawshe, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,004 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $327,800.

Dennis Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, sold 111 Hilldale Ave. to Richard and Amy Andrews, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,898 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $260,000.
