An Aliki Atrium condominium was the top real estate sales transaction for Feb. 26 through March 4 in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea. Dennis and Janet Bugala, of Ormond Beach, sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit 109, to Hugh and Barbara Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1980, the oceanfront condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,700 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $750,000.

Ormond Beach

Alvin and Kathleen Montgomery, of Ormond Beach, sold 48 Village Drive to David Delgado, of Port Charlotte, for $378,200. Built in 1988, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,841 square feet.

W. Douglas Hopper, individually and as trustee, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 4130, to Gerald Britan and Patricia Moser, of Ormond Beach, for $355,000. Built in 1996, the condo has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,050 square feet.

Garrett and Joan Briggs, of Atlantic Beach, sold 6 N. Ravensfield Lane to Sidney and Brenda Levine, of Ormond Beach, for $344,000. Built in 1995, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,583 square feet.

Kenneth Klein, Nancy Cortez and David Ferguson sold 59 Fairway Drive to David and Deborah Bryan, of Ormond Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1970, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,634 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $257,500.

South State Bank and L. Dale Hendrix Sr., as trustees, sold 16 Lionshead Drive to Nader Al-Khateeb, of Ormond Beach, for $282,500. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,570 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $270,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 327 River Vale Lane to Miguel and Catalina Toala, of Ormond Beach, for $256,956. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,121 square feet.

St. Augustine Ventures LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 1432 Springleaf Drive to Angel Chirillo, of Ormond Beach, for $206,200. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,785 square feet.

Rickey Westfall and Geraldine Westfall, of Ormond Beach, sold 715 N. Ridgewood Ave. to Melissa Wilson, of Ormond Beach, for $179,900. Built in 1974, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,675 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $171,000.

Laughlin Homes LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 915 Woodmere Circle to Stix Lozano-Carrington and Sally Carrington, of Port Orange, for $147,250. Built in 1968, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a swimming pool and 1,560 square feet. It sold in 1973 for $33,000.

Donna Mott, as representative, sold 525 Hand Ave. to Coastal Paradise Rentals LLC, of Ormond Beach, for $110,500. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,140 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $128,000.

Henry Winchester Jr., of Ormond Beach, and Colleen Meenan, as guardian, sold 46 S. Arbor Drive to Irina Grosz, of Casper, Wyoming, for $110,000. Built in 1957, the house has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a fireplace and 909 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $47,300.

Brian and Linda Fuery, of Buzzard Bay, Massachusetts, sold 170 Limewood Place, Unit 5, to Celina Ettinger, of Ormond Beach, for $107,000. Built in 1986, the condo has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,956 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $58,900.

Breakaway Trails

Maurice and Marsha Curry, of Ormond Beach, sold 96 Deep Woods Way to Paul and Cynthia Wiederholt, of Clinton, Iowa, for $372,500. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,601 square feet.

Eduardo Fuentes, of Ormond Beach, sold 9 Coquina Ridge Way to Christopher and Vanessa Jones, of Ormond Beach, for $345,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,605 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $380,000.

Chelsea Place

CP and HG Residential Lots LLC, of Daytona Beach, sold 348 Chesham St. to Alan Kisseloff, as trustee, for $406,190. Built in 2017, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,498 square feet.

Halifax Plantation

John Peterson, of Dallas, sold 3652 Christa Court to Patricia Hopkins and Charles Engle, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2002, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,197 square feet.

Plantation Bay

Charles and Kathleen Doucette, of Waynesboro, Virginia, sold 1224 Sunningdale Lane to Morris and Rebecca Beavers, of Ormond Beach, for $315,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,042 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $223,550.

Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 811 Aldenham Lane to Daniel DeRibas and Noreen O'Leary, of Ormond Beach, for $239,900. Built in 2016, the villa has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,510 square feet.

Russell Wittenberg, of Titusville, and Roger and Myra Wittenberg, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Rising Moon Trail to Stewart Finck, of Ormond Beach, for $212,000. Built in 1981, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 2,064 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $123,000.

Kenneth Wertley, individually and as trustee, sold 328 Timberline Trail to Donald Johnson, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1980, the house has two bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $86,500.

Tomoka Estates

Louise Crider, of Ormond Beach, sold 1077 Roberts St. to ACL Realty LLC, of Port Orange, for $43,000. Built in 1958, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 800 square feet.

Trails South 40

Joan Fitzgerald, individually and as trustee, sold 99 Hay Bale Trail to Clarissa Hoffman and Ronald Tobin, of Ormond Beach, for $172,500. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace and 1,795 square feet. It sold in 1985 for $95,900.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Pamela Weiker, individually and as trustee, sold 2040 John Anderson Drive to E. S. Cay, of Ormond Beach, for $467,500. Built in 1963, the house has two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock, boat house, swimming pool and 1,602 square feet. It sold in 1983 for $156,000.

David and Carolina Stodolny, of Ormond Beach, sold 2860 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 202, to Gregory McDonald, of Ormond Beach, for $200,000. Built in 1990, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,056 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $165,000.

Julia Madison, of Ormond Beach, sold 7 Azalea Drive to Michael Morse, of Ormond Beach, for $125,000. Built in 1956, the house has two bedrooms, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $52,000.
