John and Christa Rainey, of Ormond Beach, sold 114 Coquina Key Drive to Thomas and Abigail Owens, of Ormond Beach. Built in 2016, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,298 square feet.

George Regep, of Bloomfield, Michigan, sold 1239 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 9-E-5, to Mandeep Garewal and Sofia Yahya, of Ormond Beach, for $273,200. Built in 1984, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,699 square feet.

Royal and Jerilyn Burres, of Ormond Beach, sold 11 Cross Vine Drive to Ronald Aubel, of Colebrook, Connecticut, for $254,900. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,904 square feet.

J. Beau Investments LLC, of Orlando, sold 370 S. Center St. to Aaron and Valerie Goldy, of Port Orange, for $177,000. Built in 1973, the house has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,938 square feet. It sold in 1994 for $105,000.

Steven Makris sold 775 E. Victoria Circle to Brenda Rucker-Penland, of Ormond Beach, for $168,000. Built in 1984, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,461 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $69,900.

Laura Tornelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Glen Arbor to Ruth Palumbo, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1981, the townhouse has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and 1,200 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $60,000.

William and Arlene Harris, of Ormond Beach, sold 44 Black Pine Way to George and Carolyn Hillegas, of Maryville, Tennessee, for $315,000. Built in 2010, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,900 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $179,900.
