In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, areas like Fortunato Park and Rockefeller Gardens were impacted by creeping floodwaters. At the Andy Romano Beachfront Park, caution tape warned people of the drop-off created by the storm.
As of 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, all city leisure/sports facilities, parks, and sports fields remain closed until further notice as city teams clean debris and make repairs.
