A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of March 6-12 in the Multiple Listing Service. Charles Anne Lichtigman, sold 1244 Castlehawk Lane to Christopher Hornbecker, of Ormond Beach, for $1,862,000. Built in 2017, the house is a 4/4 and has a swimming pool and 4,733 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $1,649,000. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Winston Lightburn sold 901 S. Atlantic Ave., Unit PH-2, to Greg Embry, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, for $600,000. Built in 1980, the condo is a 3/4.5 and has 2,790 square feet.

Jesus Surfed Apparel Co. LLC sold 62 Sandcastle Lane to Michael and Whittney Lynch, of Ormond Beach, for $598,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 4/4 and has a fireplace and 2,762 square feet.

Miguel and Myriam Cabrera, of Thiells, New York, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 5040, to Thomas and Cynthia Hamel, of Syracuse, New York, for $584,900. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,440 square feet.

Richard and Mary Steiner, of Port Orange, sold 410 Idlewood Drive to Lori Thompson and David Valliere, of Ormond Beach, for $505,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,344 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $272,000.

Karen Bolles, as representative, sold 340 Navajo Ave. to Laurene Patterson, of Ormond Beach, for $364,900. Built in 1968, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, boat dock and 1,826 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $256,700.

Magen Young sold 49 Bella Vita Way to Roberto and Margaret Maso, of Ormond Beach, for $279,000. Built in 2019, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,736 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $190,000.

Bassam Al-Khateeb, of Ormond Beach, sold 6 Creek Bluff Way to Mateusz Milosek and Katarzyna Milosek, of Oxford, Massachusetts, for $446,718. Built in 1994, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,615 square feet.

Broadwater

Gregory and Johanna Todd, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Broadcreek Circle to Dane Lampe, of Ormond Beach, for $1,302,421. Built in 1992, the house is a 5/4/2 and has two fireplaces, a swimming pool and 5,459 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $589,000.

Halifax Plantation

Richard Catallozzi Sr., of Palm Coast, sold 3747 Longford Circle to Mark and Bobbie Morris, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1996, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,412 square feet.

Hunter’s Ridge

Vicente and Carmen Fernandez sold 72 Abacus Ave. to Sharon and Michael Cunningham, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 2011, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,715 square feet.

Johanna and Robert Latzo, of New Smyrna Beach, sold 5 King Phillips Way to Allen and Corann Harper, of Ormond Beach, for $685,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/3 and has a swimming pool and 3,226 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $310,000.

Offerpad SPE Borrower A LLC, of Chandler, Arizona, sold 1216 Hampstead Lane to Chris and Jolene Bullis, of Ormond Beach, for $469,900. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,973 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $300,000.

Mark and Patricia Kitzmiller, of Jacksonville, sold 723 Aldenham Ave. to Jeffery Craddock and Richard Best, of Ormond Beach, for $363,000. Built in 2018, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,510 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $245,600.

Semoran Vista Inc., of Sanford, sold 1008 Kilkenny Lane to Hector Torres and Kenneth Donovan, of Stonington, Connecticut, for $325,000. Built in 2012, the townhouse is a 3/3 and has 1,765 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $178,300.

Greggory and Catherine Smith, of Mason, Ohio, sold 70 Saddlers Run to Martin and Elizabeth Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $387,500. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,947 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $355,000.

Janice McKay, of Ormond Beach, sold 230 Pine Cone Trail to Patricia Brown, of Waycross, Georgia, for $226,000. Built in 1978, the townhouse is a 2/1.5 and has a fireplace and 1,171 square feet.

Stephen and Deborah Dickerson sold 116 Ocean Grove Drive to Melanie and Vincent Russo, of Ormond Beach, for $703,500. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/3 and has 2,002 square feet.

Carol Ward, of Waxhaw, North Carolina, sold 33 E. Sea Harbor Drive to Karen Burnett, individually and as trustee, for $500,000. Built in 1982, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,974 square feet.

CCH Biz LLC sold 131 Ocean Grove Drive to Erin and Brian Weiss, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,229 square feet.

Joseph and Celena Zimmerman, of Port Richey, sold 14 Oakview Circle to Rebecca Doss and Teresa Hornsby, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,520 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $185,000.

Dennis Burke, of Corunna, Michigan, sold 6 Magnolia Circle to Robert and Lorelle Hardt, of Ormond Beach, for $365,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,515 square feet.

Vincent and Melanie Russo sold 169 Roberta Road to Tammy LaFever, of Ormond Beach, for $353,325. Built in 1955, the house is a 2/1 and has 1,001 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $185,000.

Maryann Godin, of Ormond Beach, sold 3110 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 4130, to James Farley, of Amherst, Ohio, for $322,000. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 873 square feet.

Kathy Quick sold 59 Seaside Drive to Barry and Dawn Krikke, of Jacksonville, for $320,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,204 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,000.
