Plantation Bay home goes for more than $2.2 million

A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of June 26 to July 2 in the Multiple Listing Service. Anthony and Brenda Cantwell, of Flagler Beach, sold 1103 Oxbridge Lane to James and Mary Quinn, as trustees, for $2,228,377. Built in 2006, the house is a 5/5/3 and has three fireplaces, a swimming pool, elevator and 7,155 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Danna Bishop, individually and as trustee, sold 2295 Warden Trail to Dawn McKibbin, for $850,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,847 square feet.

Stuart Doliner, of Ormond Beach, and Adam Doliner, of Holly Hill, sold 742 N. Beach St. to Donald Allen Jr., of Ormond Beach, for $470,000. Built in 1973, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace and 2,180 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $315,000.

Daniel LaDuke, of Granby, Massachusetts, sold 7 London Lane to Amy and Phillip Sherwood, of Streamwood, Illinois, for $362,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,391 square feet.

Maxine Mial, of Kansas, Oklahoma, sold 9 Laurel Oaks Circle to Jenell Miller and Jennie Miller, of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, for $349,900. Built in 1983, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,184 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $110,000.

Allison Arnold, of Ormond Beach, sold 93 S. Arbor Drive to Chad Larson, of Lehi, Utah, for $326,000. Built in 1955, the house is a 4/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,378 square feet.

Timothy Gundy and William Gundy, individually and as trustees, sold 157 Magnolia Drive to Cornelio Perez, of Ormond Beach, for $320,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 2/1.5 and has 1,134 square feet.

Michael Lewis Jr. and Tracy Breem, of Daytona Beach, sold 1854 Linda Ave. to Ruth Pittari, of Ormond Beach, for $259,500. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2 and has 992 square feet.

Charlene and Raymond Akers, of Garden City, Michigan, sold 5500 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 67, to Julie Johnson, of Raleigh, North Carolina, for $252,000. Built in 1973, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,214 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $87,000.

Jonathan Frazier sold 203 S. Orchard St., Unit 13C, to Stacey Frates, of Ormond Beach, for $220,000. Built in 1985, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $153,000.

Ellinor Village

Anthony and Miriam Potts, of Ormond Beach, sold 373 Riverside Drive to Kenneth Duff, of Ormond Beach, for $630,000. Built in 1949, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,918 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $295,000.

Halifax Plantation

Ronald and Sarah Jones, of Macclenny, sold 4050 Campa Lane to Joseph and Jennifer Sacco, of Ormond Beach, for $600,000. Built in 1992, the house is a 4/3 and has a swimming pool and 2,189 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $425,000.

Ormond Lakes

Irene and Antonio Bellavia, of Longwood, sold 22 Timucuan Drive to Dawn and Bruce Wagoner, of Ormond Beach, for $420,000. Built in 2004, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,854 square feet.

Ormond Terrace

Brandon and Morgan Davis, of Daytona Beach, sold 411 Mcintosh Road to Geoffrey Storbeck, of Ormond Beach, for $354,999. Built in 1959, the house is a 3/1 and has 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2016 for $109,000.

Plantation Bay

Nelson and Meredith Hoyer, of Ormond Beach, sold 1221 Sunningdale Lane to Charles and Roxanne Drake, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 2002, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,087 square feet.

James and Ann Murphy, of Ocean City, Maryland, sold 1234 Crown Pointe Lane to Jane and Robert Mosley, of Ormond Beach, for $565,000. Built in 2005, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,926 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $439,900.

Anthony and Kathleen Camizzi, of Smithtown, New York, sold 1261 Harwick Lane to Diamantis and Lolita Skinitis, of Ormond Beach, for $480,000. Built in 2012, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,044 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $272,500.

River Oaks

Yin Huang and Xue Lin sold 323 River Vale Lane to Jean Hickman, of Ormond Beach, for $455,000. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,160 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $303,000.

Silk Oaks

Thomas Blanchat and Martha Stuart, of Darien, Georgia, sold 30 Silk Oaks Drive to Karla Lee, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1962, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,244 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $265,000.

Tomoka Estates

Beverly Cross, individually and as trustee, sold 1138 George Anderson St. to Miranda Freeland, of Ormond Beach, for $300,000. Built in 1953, the house is a 4/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 2,280 square feet.

Ormond-by-the-Sea

Timothy and Shawna Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 3 Seaside Drive to John Johnson and Rachel Salinas-Johnson, and Andrea Byers, of Ormond Beach, for $451,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,460 square feet.

Kurt Dumond and Christina Hall sold 2810 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 30, to Steven Bowie of Welcome, Maryland, for $390,000. Built in 1971, the condo is a 2/2 and has 1,216 square feet.

Larry Myers sold 5 Brooks Drive to Peter Turbiville, and David and Laraine Gilbert, of Peoria, Arizona, for $345,000. Built in 1951, the house is a 2/2 and has 788 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $191,500.

Dawn and Matej Jaksa, of Murphy, North Carolina, sold 3100 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 2020, to Susan and Robert VanderJagt, of Winter Garden, for $338,900. Built in 1991, the condo is a 2/2 and has 873 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $176,500.
