Salty Kids have fun at festival

The community is invited to the annual event

Local kids and their parents had fun at the third annual Salty Kids Preschool Fall Festival on Oct. 29 at the church, 221 Vining Court.

“It’s a free community event,” said Preschool Director Dawn Bridgeman. Each year has a theme, and the kids of Salty Church and the Preschool teachers dress accordingly. The first year was 101 Dalmatians, the second year, the Wizard of Oz, and this year all dressed as clowns.

The teachers made their own costumes, but Bridgeman made the costumes for all 38 kids in the school. Food and games were provided by volunteers and community donations.
