The top seller for the week of Sept. 14-20 is a house in Hammock Beach. Clarence and Robin Lane, individually and as trustees, sold 68 Ocean Oaks Lane to Reinaldo and Wanda Ruiz, of Palm Coast, for $840,000. Built in 2014, the house has five bedrooms, four baths, a swimming pool and 4,064 square feet.

Condos

William and Alcy Whisenant, of Clover, South Carolina, sold 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 713, to Joseph and Diane Jezior, of Palm Coast, for $465,000. Built in 2003, the condo has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,818 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $1,114,000.

William Barnard, of Alachua, and Teresa Reid, of Gainesville, sold 500 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 421, to Jodi and Michael Wilson, of Oxford, Georgia, for $450,000. Built in 2005, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $395,000.

Glenn Hediger, as representative, sold 42 Club House Drive, Unit 207, to Clarence and Rhenda Brodnax, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1977, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 986 square feet. It sold in 1984 for $52,000.

Belle Terre

William and JoAnn Carrigan, of Palm Coast, sold 18 Privacy Lane to Steven Hallgren and Mellene Ariza, of Palm Coast, for $164,000. Built in 1998 the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,700 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $128,000.

Cypress Knoll

James and Tresea Landon, of Palm Coast, sold 2 Edge Place to Gennady and Natalia Avdyukhin, of Palm Coast, for $388,000. Built in 2007, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,578 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $285,000.

George Moody

William and Catherine Hunter, of Flagler Beach, sold 109 12th St. S. to Sharon Back, of Flagler Beach, for $295,000. Built in 1957, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,464 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $280,000.

Grand Haven

William Overcash, of Woodstock, Georgia, sold 2 Sailfish Drive to Robert Ohlstein, of East Montpelier, Vermont, for $335,000. Built in 1997, the house has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 2,592 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $240,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Landon Homes LLC, of Jacksonville, sold 223 Ashford Lakes Circle to Christopher and Sandra Higgs, of Ormond Beach, for $403,347. Built in 2016, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,841 square feet.

Indian Trails

Robert Sheridan and Gabriele Meyer, of Groveton, New Hampshire, sold 104 Bren Mar Lane to Perry, Barbara and Jeffrey Johnson, of Newnan, Georgia, for $299,900. Built in 2015, the house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a fireplace, swimming pool and 2,395 square feet.

M. Alice Watson, of Palm Coast, sold 8 Bannerwood Lane to Edda Steinmeier, of Palm Coast, for $225,500. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,804 square feet.

Billy and Barbara Potter, of Palm Coast, sold 1 Bradley Place to Carol Stoughton, of Palm Coast, for $182,000. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,987 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $163,000.

Seagate Homes LLC, of Palm Coast, sold 7 Riding Place to Michael and Crystal Vivlamore, of Lusby, Maryland, for $201,300. Built in 2017, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,832 square feet.

Joseph and Teresa Rizzo sold 17 Maple St. to Dina Pechmann, of Flagler Beach, for $425,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, two half-baths, a fireplace and 2,989 square feet.

Palm Harbor

Mark and Margaret Disley, of Palm Coast, sold 100 Flamingo Drive to Joseph and Gayle Farrell, of Riverton, New Jersey, for $265,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,365 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $195,000.

Mark and Mary Blythe, individually and as trustees, sold 71 Foxhall Lane to Juan Montero and Gladys Rodriguez-Parcero, of Cedar Hill, Texas, for $231,950. Built in 1997, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,695 square feet. It sold in February for $171,000.

Nancy Gearin, of Kennebunkport, Maine, sold 11 Contee Court to Michael and Melinda Fitting, of Palm Coast, for $287,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,714 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $262,000.

Kevin Pinero, of Palm Coast, sold 14 Wellstone Drive to Melanie Priestman, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 2004, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,476 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $196,200.

Christopher Emden, of Palm Harbor, Patricia Jackson, of Derry New Hampshire, and others sold 234 Westhampton Court to Perri and Richard Brandon, of Palm Coast, for $213,000. Built in 1985, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool, fireplace and 1,980 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $170,000.

Raymond and Mary Foote, of Palm Coast, sold 12 Weber Lane to Vivian Siut, of Miami, for $183,674. Built in 1992, the house has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,726 square feet.

Jill and Michael Singleton, of Daytona Beach, sold 97 Zephyr Lily Trail to Andrew Hoffman, of Palm Coast, for $155,000. Built in 1994, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,384 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $117,000.

Seminole Woods

Carlos Sarmento, of Northfield, Connecticut, sold 9 Sea Trail to James and John Johnson, of Palm Coast, for $218,000. Built in 1996, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,204 square feet.
