A house in Ormond-by-the-Sea was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of May 1-7 in the Multiple Listing Service. James and Sherry Hogan, of Ormond Beach, sold 2802 John Anderson Drive to Michael Forbes, as trustee, for $1,199,000. Built in 2020, the house is a 3/2 and has a boat dock, electric fireplace and 1,754 square feet. Following is a partial list of the week’s other sales.

Ormond Beach

Joshua and Eunha Thayer, of Brookline, Massachusetts, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 218, to Garret and Joey Moss, of Jackson, Wyoming, for $578,500. Built in 1996, the condo is a 3/3.5 and has 2,440 square feet.

Jonathan Canonaco and Brian Buttner sold 48 Sunset Blvd. to Allen and Kathy Roberts, of Zellwood, for $570,000. Built in 1959, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a swimming pool and 1,360 square feet.

Frances Eaton, of Kennesaw, Georgia, sold 1 John Anderson Drive, Unit 4050, to Jeffrey and Laura Wallin, of Ormond Beach, for $510,000. Built in 1996, the condo is a 2/2.5 and has 1,745 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $297,500.

Michael and Margaret Blommer, of Chevy Chase, Maryland, sold 14 Country Club Drive to Tamiko Washington and Whitney Williams, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has 2,141 square feet.

Carole Edwards, of Ormond Beach, sold 320 Sanchez Ave. to Colleen and Frank Napier, of Ormond Beach, for $439,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,328 square feet.

Marcella DuVal, of Ormond Beach, sold 507 Grandview Ave. to Awad Gerges and Eivoon Wahba, and Nermin Gerges, of Ormond Beach, for $402,000. Built in 1954, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,173 square feet.

Jacquelyne Rasmussen, individually and as trustee, sold 1424 Springleaf Drive to Gerald and Julie Allbery, and Jamie Ramirez, of Port Orange, for $389,900. Built in 2016, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 1,787 square feet. It sold in 2021 for $310,000.

Guillermo Figueroa and Heidi Reider, of South Daytona, sold 833 Cordova Ave. to Ruth Kruger and Eliessa Caplan, of Ormond Beach, for $385,100. Built in 1956, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 1,514 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $180,000.

D.R. Horton Inc., of Orlando, sold 346 Sunset Point Drive to Bruno Tartarini and Mariam Kohel, of Ormond Beach, for $380,000. Built in 2021, the house is a 4/2 and has 2,319 square feet.

Linda Reisz, of Eugene, Oregon, sold 31 Brookwood Drive to Dorothy Dowling, of Ormond Beach, for $355,500. Built in 1971, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,326 square feet.

Rosaly Antonelli, of Ormond Beach, sold 1328 Fairway Ave. to Victoria Lemke, of Ormond Beach, for $265,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,113 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $175,900.

Bryan Lineman, of Flagler Beach, sold 3757 Mayo Circle to Linda Ainsworth, of Ormond Beach, for $485,000. Built in 2003, the house is a 3/2 and has a swimming pool and 2,077 square feet. It sold in 2014 for $299,900.

SeaMac Investments LLC, of Ormond Beach, sold 834 Aldenham Lane to William and Lissette Vain, of Ormond Beach, for $414,000. Built in 2018, the townhouse is a 3/3 and has 2,086 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $255,800.

River Oaks

Robert Baumberger sold 401 River Square Lane to Garey and Jessica Bickford, of Ormond Beach, for $437,500. Built in 2016, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,345 square feet. It sold in 2019 for $317,500.

Rebecca Snow, of Sarasota, sold 107 Deer Lake Circle to Susan L. Wright Revocable Trust UTD for $302,000. Built in 1984, the townhouse is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,394 square feet.

Marilyn Balducci and Timothy O’Keefe, of Ormond Beach, sold 52 N. Sea Island Drive to Michael and Cynthia Parrish, of Ormond Beach, for $550,000. Built in 1985, the house is a 3/2.5 and has 2,683 square feet.
