A house in Plantation Bay was the top real estate transaction in Ormond Beach and Ormond-by-the-Sea for the week of Feb. 27 to March 5 in the Multiple Listing Service. Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 998 Downshire Lane to Dalia Fulop, of Ormond Beach, for $1,422,893. Built in 2022, the house is a 5/4 and has 5,624 square feet. Daniel and Renee Ruckert, of Ormond Beach, sold 782 Timothy St. to Stanley and Penny Smith, of Ormond Beach, for $475,000. Built in 1965, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,774 square feet.

Eva and Kari Scott, of Pinellas Park, sold 240 Ellicott Drive to Sean and Deirdre Donnelly, of Ormond Beach, for $430,000. Built in 1963, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,640 square feet.

Brandon and Jill Sechrist, of Ormond Beach, sold 51 Wimbledon Court to Georgia Meyer, as trustee, for $420,000. Built in 1977, the house is a 3/2.5 and has a fireplace and 2,193 square feet.

Patricia Gruver, of Newberry, sold 366 N. Beach St. to Bryan and Bridget Bergens, of Daytona Beach, for $380,000. Built in 1947, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,866 square feet.

Pradeep and Pratima Mewar, of Sacramento, California, sold 200 Warwick Ave. to Jason Belders and Katherine Finn, of Ormond Beach, for $370,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 4/3 and has 2,309 square feet.

Christopher and Mary Moore, of Ormond Beach, sold 1259 Buckeye Road to Marc Nachman and Rachel Chetel, of Ormond Beach, for $318,258.50. Built in 1960, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 2,166 square feet.

Dale and Dorene Cornelius, of Ormond Beach, sold 465 Wild Olive Ave. to Michael and Mary Worsham, of Brentwood, Tennessee, for $310,000. Built in 1957, the house is a 2/2 and has 1,122 square feet.

Helena and Frederick Spohrer, of Ormond Beach, sold 24 Misners Trail to James and Nancy Merrill, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1988, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has 1,408 square feet. It sold in 2018 for $165,000.

Howard and Shelley Perch, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Creek Bend Way to Roy and Emily Davila, of Panama City, for $640,000. Built in 1999, the house is a 4/3 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 3,337 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $356,900.

Robert and Kimberly Kennedy, of Ormond Beach, sold 45 Carriage Creek Way to Misty Marin, as trustee, for $510,000. Built in 1989, the house is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, swimming pool and 1,914 square feet. It sold in 2017 for $165,000.

Ocean Village

Francis and Brenda Bruning, of Union Bridge, Maryland, sold 167 Cardinal Drive, Unit B, to Matthew and Elizabeth Finnegan, of Marlborough, Maine, for $237,000. Built in 1947, the villa is a 2/2 and has 675 square feet.

Plantation Pines

Glen and Veanita Salzman sold 188 Conifer Lane to Braxton Bowen Jr., of New Smyrna Beach, for $325,000. Built in 1992, the manufactured home is a 4/2 and has a fireplace, barn and 1,728 square feet.

Cheryll Housker, individually and as trustee, sold 60 Soco Trail to John and Linda Olivero, and Lisa Olivero, of Ormond Beach, for $262,000. Built in 1980, the townhouse is a 2/2 and has a fireplace and 1,439 square feet.

Todd Klepper individually and as trustee, sold 252 Timberline Trail to Angela Dubuc, of Ormond Beach, for $250,000. Built in 1980, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,524 square feet.

Richard Chester, individually and as trustee, sold 2130 John Anderson Drive to Fernando and Clara Castanheira for $810,000. Built in 1964, the house is a 2/2.5 and has a boat dock and 2,594 square feet.

Torque USA Inc., of Daytona Beach, sold 38 Concord Drive to Mitchell Lyle, of Ormond Beach, for $533,000. Built in 1978, the house is a 3/2 and has a fireplace and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 2020 for $145,000.

Richard Lewis, of Holly Hill, sold 37 Oakview Circle to John Neder, of New Berlin, Wisconsin, for $400,000. Built in 1958, the house is a 3/2 and has 1,306 square feet. It sold in 2015 for $175,000.
